We also provide a registrar service for small businesses, affordable service that keeps you free from all the hassle of keeping your Members Register updated, ensuring your shareholder database is always up to date, providing you with a full service for Resolution / AGM / EGM minutes and voting cards for your resolutions. We also file your paperwork with Companies House when required.
